Great shot!! I am just a "novice" - so to get the water effect you have used a small appature and a slow setting?

Oh my word, this is beautiful. The angle, the color, the shutter speed! My favorite elements are the river disappearing from view, and the light.

This is such a stunning picture!

I'm sorry asking... but I've been trying to take a photo with long exposure with my camera (nikon d60) but I just can't get it to work out during the day! I have been trying a lot, but the pics turn out all white... I can only get something after the sunset... Can you help please? Am I doing something wrong?

thank you! and sorry bothering.

I use filter to shadow the light. It is why I can make long time exposure without over exposition.

Thank you for answering me ^^ may I ask which filter?

You need to get a good quality neutral density filter for your lens. Set your ISO as low as it can go. An eight stop neutral density filter should let you increase your exposure time by 256 fold before the image becomes over-exposed.

Hope this helps. :)
